The Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the visionary leader and chief executive responsible for defining the Foundation’s mission, driving its long-term strategy, and ensuring sustainable growth and measurable impact. As the public face of the Foundation, the Founder & CEO inspires stakeholders, builds strategic partnerships, mobilizes resources, and leads the organization in advancing autism advocacy, family empowerment, research, education, and global inclusion.
Nanjul WuyepLegal Advisor
He serves as the Foundation’s trusted legal and governance expert, ensuring that every program, partnership, fundraising effort, and international initiative operates within applicable laws while protecting the Foundation’s mission, reputation, and assets.Works closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership to provide proactive legal guidance.

Provides strategic and financial leadership, oversees compliance and risk management, ensures accountability for all financial resources, and supports the Foundation’s long-term sustainability.
Ensures that the Foundation remains financially sustainable, transparent, and fully compliant with all applicable laws, donor requirements, and nonprofit governance standards.
Joyce Y. BewellDirector of Community Outreach & Partnerships
Joyce will provide strategic leadership for the Foundation’s community engagement and partnership development efforts. She is responsible for building sustainable relationships with corporations, healthcare systems, educational institutions, government agencies, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders to expand the Foundation’s impact, increase public awareness, and create opportunities that improve the lives of autistic individuals and their families.
This role serves as the Foundation’s primary ambassador, fostering collaborations that strengthen programs, increase resources, and advance the Foundation’s mission both locally and globally.
Margaret Miri-LarDirector of Global Initiatives
As Director of Global Initiatives, Margaret is responsible for expanding the Foundation’s reach, building international partnerships, and leading programs that improve the lives of autistic individuals and their families worldwide. She will focus on creating sustainable, scalable, and culturally responsive initiatives that align with the Foundation’s mission. She will provide strategic leadership for the Foundation’s international programs and partnerships and identify opportunities to expand the Foundation’s impact globally, develop cross-border collaborations, secure international funding opportunities, and ensure programs are implemented effectively while respecting local cultures and regulations.
Timcit D. MiriDirector of Community Outreach
As Director of Community Outreach, Timcit is responsible for developing and leading community engagement strategies that increase awareness of autism, strengthen relationships with families and stakeholders, expand volunteer participation, and build meaningful partnerships that advance the Foundation’s mission. This role serves as the Foundation’s bridge to the communities it serves, ensuring that programs are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.
